Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026 · Operated by SR Nova Tech Corp (Wyoming, USA)
1. What you're buying
Aruba Quest sells self-guided digital walking quests — interactive experiences you play in your phone's web browser while walking a real route in Aruba. A purchase gives your group a personal, non-transferable license to play the purchased quest on one device at a time, with unlimited replays.
2. One price per group
A single purchase covers everyone playing together around one phone. Fair-play rule: don't share your access link publicly or resell it. Links that show unusual activity may be paused; we'll always sort genuine cases out — just email us.
3. Refund policy
- Something broke? If a technical problem on our side stops you from playing and we can't fix it quickly, you get a full refund. No forms, no fuss.
- Rained out? Your access never expires — play tomorrow, or next trip. If your travel plans changed and you never started the quest, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Started but disappointed? Tell us what went wrong within 7 days. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you. We'd rather lose $25 than have you leave Aruba grumpy.
Refund requests: email us with the address you used at checkout.
4. Play safely
Quests take place on public streets. You are responsible for your own safety: watch for traffic, drink water, respect private property and the community. Clues never require you to enter dangerous areas, climb anything, or trespass. San Nicolas is a living town — treat it like a guest, because you are one.
5. Content
All quest content — stories, puzzles, artwork, audio, and design — belongs to SR Nova Tech Corp. The murals themselves belong to their artists and to San Nicolas; our photographs of them are used to guide you to see the real thing.
6. Changes
Streets change — businesses close, walls get repainted. We update quests as the town evolves, and minor differences between the quest and the street are part of the adventure, not a defect. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Nova Tech Corp's total liability for any claim related to a quest is limited to the amount you paid for it. We provide digital guidance for a walk you choose to take; we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, from third-party venues, or from events outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by email — genuinely, just write to us.
